dofollow/one way/reciprocal backlink finding methods/tricks
—> To find dofollow blogs, there are numerous search queries that can be used. Some of the best being:
1.) keyword “remember my personal information” “notify me of follow-up comments” this always works.
2.) keyword “post a comment”
3.) keyword “login or register to post comments”
Apart from
\ these queries, there are software that are used including fast blog finder and blog finder. Both of them can be found on the forum. Also, comment kahuna is reasonably good but not reliable, especially now a days.
—> To find one way, and reciprocal link opportunities, simply search on the big G for keyword “add URL” or “add link”
there is also a great tool located on webconfs dot com. Its known as backlink builder and finds keyword related sites that allow you to leave a link.
A general recommendation is to use seo quake while doing any search for the results can then be filtered via pr thus giving you niche targeted high pr dofollow links. Also, the no follow 1.1 fire fox addon is advisable for it further filters the nofollow from the dofollow.
These methods might seem ridiculous but are effective. The list obtained can be manipulated in various other ways. for example you find a great site which has pr links with dofollow, you can generate further links from it.
For instance, you have a health related site and you need links related to that. Suppose you found out a site from the above search queries and liked it and want to know its entire dofollow page list.
go to G search and search for the following query:
site: sitename “remember my personal information”
this will give you a list of all dofollow pages from any site. once you have the list, seoquake can help sort out the pr and you can thus easily get a niche targeted quality backlink.
There are still a couple of things that can be added. will do it in the morning. Its 4 am in this part of the world and i better get some sleep. If any one of you finds this post helpful, hit the thanks button (although i shouldnt be asking you to )
Note to the senior members: you might probably know most of these tweaks but m sure they’ll help beginners.
Note to bhw members at large: Please dont use these tricks and sell your services on dp. I do that and m trying to make a decent living out of it. There is tooo much competition anyways.

Import blogs from another service to Blogger
Well it seems there is hope that Blogger can make such a service available through our Blogger dashboards soon enough! Today the Google Code blog announced the Google Blog Converters project: an open source project which aims to make available the ability to import/export feeds from many different blog platforms:
This new Open Source project provides the ability to easily move blog posts and comments from service to service. This initial release provides Python libraries and runnable scripts that convert between the export formats of Blogger, LiveJournal, MovableType, and WordPress.
In addition, the source code includes templates for hosting these conversions on Google App Engine. Future additions to the project will include support for BlogML and synchronization tools between various services that do not provide a import/export feature but do provide APIs for accessing and modifying blog contents.
At present, the scripts provided by the Blog Converters Project are not so user friendly for those unfamiliar with scripting languages (though I hope those of you fluent in Python or familiar with the Google App engine may be able to make significantly more progress than I have!).
Instead, you may be better advised to check out these existing online projects if you need to convert a blog from another host over to your Blogger blog:
- Wordpress2Blogger - Import posts from a Wordpress blog to your Blogger account
- LiveJournal2Blogger - Import posts from a LiveJournal blog to your Blogger blog
Please feel free to leave any comments or suggestions about this project below.
Yahoo! Buzz button to your blogger
your excellent traffic-maker if your story is interesting and get to Yahoo! homepage. The first step to get it is to put a Yahoo! Buzz button to your blog so that people can vote your entry up. Adding a Yahoo! Buzz button is not too complicated if you follow my steps below .
Step 1. Choose your favorite button from Yahoo!
Buzz that fitted well with your site design (large button with vote count - Square Button - is highly recommended), then click “Get Code”.
Step 2. If you have selected the Square Button the code will be like this
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://d.yimg.com/ds/badge2.js" badgetype="square">ARTICLEURL</script>
Step 3. Replace the ARTICLEURL with <data:post.url/>. After replaced, your code will look like this
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://d.yimg.com/ds/badge2.js" badgetype="square"><data:post.url/></script>
Step 4. Now go to your Blogger account
Step 5. Go to Layout -> Edit HTML
Step 6. The best place to display Yahoo! Buzz button is under the Post Title and on the right. Because of the variation of blogger templates on the web, I recommend you put Yahoo! Buzz code above the tag <data:post.body/>. We will add style to the button to make it float to the right. Yeah, more beautiful
Your template code will look something like this
Of course, if you want it float to the left, it is fine. Change the code float:right; to float:left;
Step 7. Save your template, see your work and start buzzing up your posts. Hey, do not try to spam their page or you will be banned
If you have any issues in adding the Buzz button to your blog, feel free to leave a comment here

do follow on Blogger Comments - Delete nofollow atribute on blogger
Make do follow on Blogger Comments - Delete nofollow atribute on blogger
What is Dofollow and Nofollow?
A dofollow link is one that search engines like Google will follow to the website and give that website a little “link juice”, meaning the more dofollow links a website has going to it the better PR it will have and the more traffic it will receive in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Page). But a do follow link will also drain some of the juice away from the website the link is placed on. If a website it linking to a bunch of PR0 websites then it will give the website a negative impact. This is why many bloggers have only used nofollow links on the comments page…. that and mainly to deter spammers from shamelessly promoting their junk links.
The more backlinks you have going to your site the better. A backlink is simply a link on another site that points to yours. If you have a lot of backlinks then your website looks more important to Search Engines and you can rank much better. Here is a diagram how linking works.
Wordpress Blogs and Dofollow
In wordpress blogs the default setting is to have any comments left be in the “nofollow” catefory. That simply means that the links will not have any credence or get any special powers from the search engines. They will not “follow” it so the website will retain the “link juice”.
But now that spam filters have gotten so very effective (almost too effective in even blocking valid comments) more bloggers are letting the comments have dofollow links. And this blog is one of them.
Why go with a Dofollow Blog?
I want to encourage readers to interact with me. I want them to be rewarded for making comments and having the ability to leave a link that will help out their website too is a great reward. This being said, I will still have to watch for people spamming the comments, but with such effective spam filters I can just concentrate on letting my readers have their say.
How will Do Follow commenting on CashCoach.net help your site?
Well at the time of this writing, this is a very new blog…. only 1 month old really, and so the Page Rank has yet to climb up Google’s ladder, but here is the benefit of leaving useful comments on this site.:
- You get a link to your site on the comment page
- If you make the top commentor list you will have a link in the sidebar as well
- These links will not expire
So it really is a benefit for everyone. Comments that will be rejected are comments with junk links (websites that are spammy, scammy, or scary=). But don’t worry, if you look like a real person who wants to leave some helpful feedback, you will have no problem getting your comment through.
Why not practice a little and leave some feedback on this blog post. Get some link love while you are at it.
What do you think of dofollow blogs? and do you own a dofollow blog yourself?.
This is article how to delete “nofollow” on your blog ( Blogger ) :
How to Delete ‘nofollow’ Attribute on Blogger

<b:loop values=’data:post.comments’ var=’comment’>
<dt class=’comment-author’expr:id=’”comment-” + data:comment.id’>
<a expr:name=’”comment-” +data:comment.id’/>
<b:if cond=’data:comment.authorUrl’>
<a expr:href=’data:comment.authorUrl’ rel=’nofollow’><data:comment.author/></a>
<b:else/>
<data:comment.author/>
</b:if>
<data:commentPostedByMsg/>
</dt>
7. Detele the code rel=’nofollow’ (or you can remove only no, making it rel=’follow‘) and save the template.

Switch Blogger to “Classic” or “XML” Mode
Many people still seem to be confused about how to apply new templates to their Blogger blog. It’s not suprising though because Blogger didn’t seem to care about clearly marking the differences between the two when you are at the template editor page in your control panel. They should have used a much better naming convention and put some type of heading on the editor page that CLEARLY says which mode your blog is running in. The fact is that Blogger can run in two different modes, one is called “classic” and the other is often referred to as either “XML” or “beta”. The confusing interface is what causes most of the problems when people try to paste in a new template, with complaints like “I can’t get it to work, I keep getting errors!”.
This tutorial should help you to see the differences between the two modes and how to switch back and forth. First up is how to switch your blog to the new XML or “beta” mode. If your blog is running in “classic” mode already you will see a template editor like the one pictured below, and you will see the words “Customize Design” as pointed out by the red arrow. All you have to do is click it and choose a new template and you will automatically be switched to the “new” or “beta” mode. This will allow you to replace the code in the template editor with a custom template designed to be used in “beta” or “new” mode. “Classic” templates WILL NOT work in this mode!!!!
Now for switching your blog to “classic” mode if it’s already running in “beta” or XML mode. If you look at the image below you’ll see that the template editor page looks different than the one pictured above. The editor is much narrower and there’s a check box that says “Expand Widget Templates”. If you see that then your blog is running in XML or “beta” mode. Switching to “classic” is very easy, however Blogger did a very good job of hiding the link to do the switch over. You have to look underneath the template editor window for the words “Revert to Classic Template”. Once you click the link it will take you to a page where you can select a new template. Once you make the choice and save it you will now be running in “classic” mode. This will allow you to edit the template and install custom templates that are designed for the “classic” mode. Templates designed for XML or “beta” mode WILL NOT work in classic mode!!!!
There are a number of differences between the two modes in how they work, but the most important one when trying to edit your template is determining WHICH mode you are currently in. If you try to edit your template manually and you keep getting XML parse errors you are running in “XML” or “beta” mode. “Classic” mode is much simpler to work with for manually editing your template but the drag and drop widgets are unavailable and will not work and neither will templates designed for “classic” mode.
If you want to use templates designed for “classic” mode you MUST SWITCH your template FIRST or the template WILL NOT WORK. I hope this helps clear up some of the confusion.

Essential Tools for Blogger Blogs
1. Feedburner - It generates an smart feed compatible with all feed readers for free like my feed. It allows you to put easy subscribe buttons for XML, Add to yahoo, Add to Newsgator, Add to MSN etc. Read about how their single feed policy can benefit you.
It can give you a cool feed count chicklet button to show how many readers are using your feed to read your blog. It also gives you a headline animator which you can attach to your blog to display the recent 5 posts in a nice animated fashion. You can get an authentic Creative Common license, get a browser friendly RSS feed, Splice photos and links and more…
2. Haloscan - Trackback is an essential component of blogging these days. Unfortunately Blogger does not have trackback. Haloscan provides you with a seamless way to integrate free trackback in your blog by adding a small code. You can also integrate their comments component if you like to replace the Blogger comments. Read about Haloscan or Blogger comments.
The benefits are that you can edit Haloscan comments, and open them in a pop up and keep them separate from your post (Blogger allows you to only delete comments and not edit them, also on the post page all comments will show whether you like it or not).
The main disadvantage is it will not email you these comments (like Blogger) for free and it is difficult to track where these comments were made. Another major benefit is that it allows you to send pings and trackback to other sites when you mention about them in your posts.
3. Imageshack - Dont you want to fill your blog with images without hassles of registration. Imageshack provides an excellent interface to take care of your free image hosting needs. Maybe it is this the fastest way to host an image on the web. Allows lots of image format, hotlinking, transloading from other sites. Its a good idea to register to keep track of all your images in one place. It is much convenient than the proposed Hello and Picassa options…
Update: Blogger enabled hosting of images on its own webspace making it easier to host images in your posts. But you cannot manage or edit / delete your blogger images in any way
4. Technorati - Create and add a technorati profile. It allows you to claim your blog in this huge blogosphere. It allows you to put an excellent technorati search on your blog. The best part is that whenever someone mentions or links to any page of your blog, technorati knows and a search for your blog on technorati shows exactly how many sites link to which pages of your blog and when they were added with a small description. See why you need a technorati account.
5 - Sitemeter - Just takes 5 minutes to get a free tracker which gives you realtime site traffic statistics to check the quantity and quality of your site traffic with detailed referrer and geographic data. I have checked out several other tracking sites, but this one seems the best. Although you need to keep a counter visible (as a logo, visitor counter) and the statistics can be made private too.
StatCounter gives much more detailed statistics and the counter is totally invisible and free totally till you start getting large traffic, when you need to pay. But the disadvantage is that both of these track the last 100 visitors only, while another free service Extreme Tracking tracks them all… but you statistics cannot be made private. More options I like are Google Analytics for deep traffic statistical analysis and it is hidden too.
6. Feedblitz - It quickly allows your blog visitors to subscribe by email to your new posts. They just have to enter their email. You decide which page opens after they press Subscribe. A quick confirmatory email to them and they get 1 email daily with all your new posts. You can decide if you want to send the full post or short posts with defined number of characters. Very good to keep your subscribers informed of new posts. It allows them to unsubscribe easily also. Example for our blog.
7. My Blog Log - Tracks outgoing links to let you know where your traffic is going. The free limited version data is not in much detail, yet provides a good idea. You can also add a Top 5 Our Links module to your web site. Now they have a MyBlogLog community to get some extra site traffic too.
8 AudioBlogger- Audioblogger allows free unlimited audio posts from any phone to your Blogger blog. You call the number (Currently a US phone number), record a post, then your blog is updated with an audioblogger icon and a link to your recorded audio.
9. w.bloggar - It is a Post and Template editor, with several features and resources that the browser based blog editors do not offer. It enables users to have only one interface to several accounts hosted on several different sites, using different publishing systems. Helps to manage multiple blogs on Blogger very effectively.
10 Blogger Mobile - opens a new concept of Moblogging i.e. blogging by your mobile phone. When you send text or photos from your mobile device to go@blogger.com they’re automatically posted to your new blog page.
11. Blogexplosion - helps you get confirmed traffic to your blog. The principle is simple, you visit other peoples blogs and they visit yours. For every 2 blogs you visit, one visitor comes to you. This is very good if you are new blogger and have hardly any traffic. Definitely try the Rent a Blog advertising swap service.
12. Pingoat - Pinging lets dozens of blogging services know you’ve updated your site and increases traffic to your blog. Just enter your blog name and blog home page, check the blogging services you want to ping, just click ‘Submit Pings’ and in one click it pings all of them. Pingoat offers a wide variety of such services and is fast too. See many more one click pinging services.
13. Creative Commons - It offers a flexible range of protections and freedoms for authors and artists. They have built upon the “all rights reserved” of traditional copyright to create a voluntary “some rights reserved” copyright. They are nonprofit and all tools are free and useful to highlight the way in which you want others to use you content.
14. Google Adsense and Search - When you take all effort to write for a blog, why not optimize it to make some money. Let users search for good posts in your blog. And now it even helps to monetize you feeds.
This is periodically updated. Happy Bloggering!

Blog Comment Helping in Page Rank?
1.
Blogs that use comment moderation and “rel=nofollow”. Reserved for blogs that receive a lot of traffic and want to make sure no comments are spam and no comments are left just for PR purposes.
2.
Blogs that use no comment moderation and “rel=nofollow”. Reserved for blogs that will let users post whatever comments they want, but the links will not serve any PR purpose but only traffic.
3.
Blogs that use comment moderation and links follow. Usually reserved for blogs that promote leaving comments because the links will follow, but don’t want many spam comments to plague their blog.
4.
Blogs that use no comment moderation and links follow. These blogs have no comment moderation meaning comments will go up instantly and link follow through to your website to boost in PR.
The PageRank Search tool allows you to search Google using any keyword(s) you wish. It will then return, in order of Google relevance, the sites associated with those keywords. Each result displays a graphical bar with the PageRank of that particular site.
